Pam represents start up and privately-held businesses with general business and real estate matters including choice of entity, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, leasing, real estate transactions, financing, and negotiating and preparing various commercial agreements.

Pam also practices in the area of health care law, representing health care providers and physician groups in a wide range of matters, including joint ventures transactions, reorganizations, negotiating and preparing employment and buy-sell agreements for physician groups and dental practices, HIPAA compliance, Medicare issues and various fraud and abuse matters, and mergers and acquisitions of medical and dental practices.
