Danielle Friedman

       Danielle concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning/administration and business transactions.

       On the business side, Danielle drafts and reviews a variety of commercial agreements for the firm’s business clients. She also advises clients in corporate governance and choice of entity matters. Additionally, Ms. Friedman counsels not-for-profit companies on how to obtain, and maintain, their tax-exempt status. Danielle also advises health care providers and physican groups whom the firm represents in compliance matters regarding both federal and state health care regulations.

       As to estate planning and administration, Ms. Friedman regularly assists families with gift and estate tax planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and living wills. She can walk families through the probate process, from preparing estate and/or inheritance tax returns to the final distribution of estate assets.

       Prior to joining the firm, Danielle handled regulatory compliance and business/financing transactions for an organization that specialized in taxicab management for over 1,000 taxicabs in the Philadelphia market.

       In addition to receiving her J.D. at Temple University Beasley School of Law, Danielle was a staff editor on the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal and a Fellow of the Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society.
